- A valid purchase invoice is required for all exchanges.
- Devices must be accurately described and free from theft claims.
- The displayed valuation is for reference only; the final valuation will be determined after evaluation by our authorized service technician.
- The service centre reserves the right to increase or decrease the valuation after assessment.
- The service centre also reserves the right to accept or reject the exchange based on device conditions.
- The device must be reset to factory settings before exchange. The service centre does not take responsibility for the data on the mobile phone.
- The valuation provided is only applicable for HONOR X9c and cant be exchange for cash.
